What are your shop opening hours?

Currently our Off Licence opening hours are;

Monday – Thursday 10.30am-9pm

Friday & Saturday 10.30am-10pm

Sunday 12-9pm

Can you gift wrap a bottle?

At the moment we can only gift wrap bottles that are order for ‘Click & Collect’ If you would your purchase gift wrapped please selected this option at the check out. If you require a message to be attached please leave your message exactly how you would like it written in the comment box.

Can you make a hamper?

Yes we can make a hamper, at the moment we can only make hampers for ‘Click & Collect’. Select Hamper at check out. Include any details e.g. male or female, Birthday, Christmas etc. If you would like us to include a message in the hamper please add this in the comments box. Please allow 24 hours for collection. 

Can I send a gift directly to my friend?

Yes that is no problem. If you select the ‘Gift’ box we will send it to your recipient. Please make sure the delivery address is that of your recipients.

How soon can I pick up my Click & Collect order?

We aim to have your Click & Collect order ready to collect within 1 hour. If you need it quicker please leave a note in the comments box.

When will my order be delivered?

If you are local to us and order before 4pm we will aim to have your order out same day.

If you are further afield, we use a courier service. You should receive your order within 2-3 days.

Orders placed before 8pm will be dispatched the next day.

Can you accept cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept cash on delivery. All goods must be paid for before they leave our shop.

Is there a minimum order?

No we don’t have a minimum order requirement.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes we do have a delivery charge. Delivery charges depend on the destination. We don’t currently offer free delivery but it is something we are looking into.

Can I make changes to my order?

If we have not already dispatched your order, we can change your order.

Where are you based?

We are based in Northern Ireland, all our items will be shipped from our shop

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, we will send your order confirmation to the email address you have provided. You should receive this within a few minutes. If you can’t find it please check your junk folder, if it is not there email us at info@busbyscellar.com and we will check it out.
