Deliveries

Currently we only offer local delivery. Delivery costs are based on your postcode.

 

Click and Collect

At the check out please select Click & Collect. Your order will be ready within 1 hour of receiving your order. Please come to the shop and show your order confirmation. If you do not wish to come in store please call us when you arrive, quote your full name and order number, provide our staff with the details of the car you are driving and we will bring it out to you

 

Returns

We hope that you are totally satisfied with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you can change your mind, it is not the correct product or you just want to return it then you can do so.

We will accept returns 30 days from the day you receive your package providing the product(s) are unused and in its original packaging and they are packaged securely to avoid damage on their return.

· Address

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage back to us. Please retain proof of postage when posting your items back to us, you may need this if your item gets lost in transit. Once we receive your return, we will credit your original payment method within 3 working days up to the value of your order excluding shipping.

Damaged Items

If you receive your product and it is damaged please take photos of the damage, forward them to info@busbyscellar.com along with your order number and we will assess it. If we deem your product to be damaged, we will refund you the original amount of said product. Those products that have minor scratches to bottles, label or boxes will not be classified as damaged. If you do not deem the product to be in good enough condition, you may return them to us, any return shipping costs you incur cannot be compensated by Busby’s Cellar.
