Oliver Zeter’s Palatinate Sauvignon Blanc glows with a light golden color and pale green highlights in the glass. The bouquet of this wine, which is clearly modeled on the overseas style, delights with nuances of green fruits such as kiwi, lime, fresh gooseberry and even some kaffir lime leaf. Herbal notes of grass and lemon balm complement the bouquet of the Zeter Sauvignon Blanc.

On the palate, Oliver Zeter’s Sauvignon Blanc starts out wonderfully concentrated, juicy and with immense drinking flow. Wonderfully dense, but not over-extracted, this white wine from Zeter glides over the tongue. In the final again a lot of green fruitiness and mineral nuances.
