This cuvée takes its name from the 45th parallel North, which passes 2 km from the cellars of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné. It’s a blend of Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%). “Ideal for an entire meal, Parallel 45 is a great Rhône wine, with soft yet powerful tannins. It’s a classic of the region, full of finesse.
