Malbec ‘Numina’ by Salentein is made in the Valle de Uco of Mendoza from small plots of vineyards that are just over 20 years old, located at 1,200 meters above sea level on the Valle de Uco plateau and leaning against the Andes mountain range. ‘Numina’ represents the most exclusive label of the cellar. The harvest is carried out by hand at the beginning of April, the refinement takes place in oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Dense fruity aromas of currants, blueberries and red berries then turn towards plum jam and raise pungent spicy nuances, vanilla and toasted touches. Upon tasting it reveals itself as soft and powerful, a velvet in which the fruity references are linked to the ripe tannins and are accompanied by an intense freshness.
