Exploration of influence of Ex- Sauvignon Blanc white wine casks on our Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old bottling was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further 12 months in Ex- Sauvignon Blanc casks.
