Halisco, named after the famous Tequila region in Mexico, Jalisco, is a hand crafted expression of purity. Using a combination of traditional Brick oven and modern auto claves our 99% Blue Weber Agave the nose is full of bell pepper, citrus and vegetal notes. The palate is more savoury and has a richness from the natural sweetness of the Agave.
