FAQ

1. By placing your order on our website you are confirming that you are 18 years old or older. We cannot sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

2. When you provide us with your credit or debit card details you are confirming you are either the cardholder or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card when ordering from our site.

3. If your product has arrived in a condition that is not acceptable to you please take photos of your package and email them to info@busbyscellar.com and we will be happy to help

4. If we are unable to fulfil all or any part of your order we will contact you to make further arrangements.

5. Images displayed on our website are for visual purposes only. Actual products, packaging, wine vintages may differ from the images used on our website. If you require certain packaging or vintage, please contact us in advance so that we can organise this for you.

6. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfill for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

7. Currently we are only able to delivery to certain areas, these options are available at our checkout

8. All discounts, vouchers and promotions can only be used one and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

9. Your privacy is our priority and we will only pass your details on to 3rd parties when necessary to fulfil your order. E.g. Shipping companies

10. Products may be removed from our website at any time. If we no longer have a product that you require, please contact us and we will try out best to accommodate you.

11. If your order is lost, please contact us and we will find out where is it and organise everything to ensure you get your package. If we cannot locate your package we will resend your order with your permission. If you do not wish to have your goods sent then we will offer you a full refund.

12. If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will then be able to let you know when the item will be restocked, if the restock date does not suit you will be entitled to a full refund.
