Description
A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes produce this quality rosé that is fermented in state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The vineyards are located High up in the hills north of Aix-en-Provence, set away from the heat of the coast, the vineyards are cooled by the Mistral winds. The grapes are harvested during the coolest part of the day between 4am and 10am to guarantee peak freshness of the grapes, conserve the varietal aromas and reduce the risk of oxidation.
