The 2000 Port Cask is a limited edition rare, cask strength (54.1% ABV) and non chill-filtered Irish single malt. Distilled, matured, finished and bottled at the world’s oldest licenced whiskey distillery – Bushmills. Matured for 20 years in rare first-fill ruby port wine casks from northern Portugal. The malt is imbued with big, bold and luscious red fruit flavours. The result is a unique red gold whiskey with sensational depth, bursting with red fruit notes, caramelised toffee and a warming allspice finish.
