Description
Made from a blend of three of Ribeiro’s preferred grape varieties: Treixadura, Godello, and Albariño, which provide the structure, body, and acidity necessary for a unique wine. The grapes come from vineyards with clay soil located on the banks of the Miño River, as it flows through Castrelo de Miño. The grapes are hand-harvested, partially destemmed, and pressed at low pressure. The wine is aged on its lees for three months in tanks and one month in the bottle before release. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
