Description
Grown on alluvial, gravel-rich soils this a a fresh sauvignon blanc from young, machine harvested vines. Stainless steel fermantation with some very limited lees work make for a wine packing with citrus character.
Rich stone fruit and ocean freshness combine with vivid citrus elderflower, gooseberry and green grass.
Well-balanced and elegant it has a lasting savoury finish and combines perfectly with white meats, asian food and creamy pastas.
