So many gins, so little time, but Thin Gin is one you’ll want to try. Thin Gin took a very long time to develop. We made a lot of bad gin on the way but, like Edison with the lightbulb, we persisted, and it paid off. The result is Thin Gin, one of the most awarded Irish Gins, both nationally and internationally. Thin Gin has a burst of sweet citrus on the nose, backed up with a classic and fragrant juniper and coriander hit, all heightened by some lively indigenous Irish flavours such as apple and garden mint. It is incredibly smooth and fresh.
